We are frequently approached by home sellers who have received poor valuation and marketing advice, and consequently they are unable to sell their home. Often the relationship with their existing estate agent has irreparably broken down because of the loss of trust. In this situation, Payne & Co. can step in to identify why a sale has not yet been agreed and form a plan of action to make the sale happen.

Payne & Co. only operates on a ‘no sale, no fee’ basis. Standard within all our marketing packages is the use of web, social media, newspaper and shop window advertising, together with professional photography and accompanied viewings. Aerial drone video footage and virtual property tours can also be arranged to showcase the property if we believe this will genuinely improve the marketing campaign.

Unlike most of our competitors, once a sale is agreed, we do not pass the file to a Sales Progressor who is unfamiliar with both the client and the property. Instead the same company director will remain responsible for the smooth running of the transaction from start to finish.

Often Payne & Co. is instructed by an Executor acting for the estate of a deceased friend or family member, to provide a valuation of a property, that is then used in obtaining a Grant of Probate. All enquiries of this nature will always be handled sensitively.
