Unlike most of our competitors, once a sale is agreed, we do not pass the file to a Sales Progressor who is unfamiliar with both the client and the property. Instead the same company director will remain responsible for the smooth running of the transaction from start to finish.
Often Payne & Co. is instructed by an Executor acting for the estate of a deceased friend or family member, to provide a valuation of a property, that is then used in obtaining a Grant of Probate. All enquiries of this nature will always be handled sensitively.
